October is Emotional Wellness Month. And it is no wonder; the beginning of autumn, a period of nurturing, a time to harvest, to balance light & dark, to let go of what we no longer need, and a time of transformation and reflection. A time to ground ourselves to prepare for the remainder of the year. We are halfway through Dakshinayana, the cycle of rejuvenation & rebirth. The time of year to purify the lower three chakras for stability as the energy pulls us toward the earth.
