I believe that yoga is for every body and that you do yoga because you aren't flexible! That yoga is also intimidating, but it shouldn't be.
I believe that yoga is more than just an exercise, it is a way of life. It is a place to stop all of the "doing" that we do all day long. To give yourself a break from all of the thinking.
I believe that your life is happening NOW!
I believe in the ancient practice and philosophy of yoga. That the definition of yoga is to still the fluctuations of the mind. Not to improve your backside. (Although, if that happens... bonus!)
I believe in the power of essential oils. I also believe your power resides within you. And you can reclaim it through yoga and essential oils. (Pssst... they're more than just a pretty smell.)
